Unsure how to proceed with this - is this a server-side issue or something with my outlook client?
I have tried establishing a rule to copy all outgoing e-mails from that account into the sent items, but that didn't do anything. I can copy/move existing items into the team mailbox sent items folder on the mac. Recipient gets a duplicate message), and then a sent item finally gets created. The only way to get a copy of the e-mail for my sent records, is to send it from the drafts folder (and the but that item which was successfully sent out via my mac - is sitting in the drafts folder on my windows outlook. however, if I switch over to a similarly configured windows-based Outlook client, IĬan see not only the sent items. Here's the kicker - if I send an e-mail from the team mailbox, it goes out to the recipient without a hitch, but there doesn't seem to be any trace of the sent item.
In exchange I'm listed as an owner of the mailbox, and I can see the contents of the inbox and its subfolders, trash, junk, etc.
Personal (default) mailbox works 100% okay With Outlook (16.12), I manage two mailboxes - my personal mailbox, and then a team mailbox. The long and the short of it is that I cannot seem to generate sent items from one of my mailboxes.
